By accessing or using the AI Stickers mobile application (“the Service,” “AI Stickers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of this Service. Your use of the Service signifies your acceptance of these Terms.
Mobile App Stores: If you download our mobile application from Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store, your use of the app is also subject to the applicable app store’s terms of service:
These app store terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the app store terms, the app store terms shall prevail with respect to your use of the mobile application obtained through that store.
AI Stickers is a mobile application that allows users to create custom AI-generated sticker packs from uploaded photographs for use in WhatsApp and Telegram messaging applications. The Service uses artificial intelligence technology to transform images into stylized stickers.
We process images through third-party AI services to generate stickers. Unlike services that train persistent AI models of individuals, AI Stickers performs one-time generation of sticker packs. We do not train or create personalized AI models that can be reused.
We do not train AI models on your uploads. Third-party processors process your content solely to provide the requested generation and are contractually prohibited from using your content for model training or other secondary purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use AI Stickers. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

To use the Service, you can create an account using authentication methods provided in the app. You are responsible for:

We rely on your representations and may ask you to provide evidence of consent. If you cannot demonstrate the right to use uploaded content, we may remove the content and suspend or terminate your account.

Violation of these consent requirements may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal liability.
You must NOT upload content or use the Service to create stickers that:
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD SAFETY: Any attempt to upload, create, or share content depicting minors will result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and cooperation with law enforcement investigations.
You retain all ownership rights to the photographs you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

All purchases of credits are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store, not to us.

If there was a technical failure or defective service, contact us at support@stickers.wiki. We may provide replacement credits or help you pursue a refund through the app store.

AI Stickers is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms, Inc., or Telegram FZ-LLC. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the stickers you create and use comply with the terms of service of those platforms.
