Welcome to stickers.wiki (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

2. Use License Permission is granted to use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the generated images or materials for any commercial purpose;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in our Service;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. User Accounts You must create an account to access our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Disclaimer The materials on our Service are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties.

5. Limitations In no event shall stickers.wiki or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Service.

6. Revisions and Errata The materials appearing on our Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete or current.

7. Links We have not reviewed all of the sites linked to our Service and are not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us.

8. Site Terms of Use Modifications We may revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using this Service you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Changes to the Service and Prices We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. The price for our Credits is subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Purchases, Credits, and Refunds The Service operates on a credit-based system (“Credits”). To generate images, you must purchase Credits through one-off payments.

• Payments: All payments are processed via our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Services Agreement. We do not store your full credit card information.
• Expiration: Unused Credits will automatically expire one (1) year after the date of purchase.
• Refund Policy: You may request a refund for any unused Credits within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting us at support@stickers.wiki. Credits that have already been used to generate images are non-refundable. All purchases are final after 14 days.

12. AI Processing and Results The Service uses machine-learning models to process images. Due to the probabilistic nature of this technology, results may vary. The Service uses third-party AI models and infrastructure, including those provided by fal.ai, to generate images. Your use of our Service constitutes acknowledgment that your uploaded photos will be processed by these third parties, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Acceptable Use Policy You are solely responsible for the content you upload and create. By using the Service, you agree to the following rules:

• Photo Ownership: You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or you must have explicit permission from the rights holder to use it.
• No Minors: You must not upload or process images of any individual under the age of eighteen (18), even with parental consent.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to create, upload, or share content that is: illegal, sexually explicit or pornographic, hateful, violent, harassing, deceptive (e.g., non-consensual deepfakes), or infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

14. Copyright Infringement Policy We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes upon your copyright, please send a detailed notice to support@stickers.wiki. We will respond to all such notices by removing the infringing material or taking other appropriate action.

15. Account Suspension and Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy or other terms. Upon termination, any unused Credits will expire, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

16. Data Retention and Deletion You may request to delete your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@stickers.wiki. Automatic Deletion: To protect your privacy, all original photos you upload and the images generated from them are automatically and permanently deleted from our active servers seven (7) days after their creation. Please be aware that our AI service provider, fal.ai, may retain data for a longer duration as described in their own terms of service and privacy policy.

17. Relationship with Third-Party Platforms stickers.wiki is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Telegram FZ-LLC. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the stickers and images you create and use comply with the terms of service of those platforms.
